e-Dempo Samsat Sumatera Selata 2.2

e-Dempo Samsat South Sumatra is an electronic network service organized by the South Sumatra Samsat Development Team for online annual payment and validation of Vehicle Taxes, SWDKLLJ, and PNBP Vehicle Registration Certificates that can be done through the mobile service application.

The administrative/legal area covered by the e-Dempo Samsat South Sumatra service can be accessed by all Samsats in the South Sumatra Province.

Upon completion of the registration process, a Payment Code will be issued for payment through the partner banking E-Channel service (ATM). Banking partners include Regional Development Banks (BPD) and Bank Sumsel Babel.

Taxpayers who have received a payment code from the application can directly make payments via ATMs, either using their own ATM card or someone else's.

The payment code is valid for a maximum of 2 hours. If the payment is not made within this time frame, the code will expire. If the applicant still wishes to proceed with payment, a new registration must be completed.

The proof of payment is valid for a maximum of 1 month and must be exchanged for the original Certificate of Vehicle Registration (SKPD) for validation. Exchanging beyond the 1-month period is possible but will not validate vehicle operation on the road.
